PMP Examination Prep Course
This course is designed to prepare participants to pass the PMI, Project Management Institute, exam in order to obtain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The training covers project management definitions, processes, concepts and techniques from all sections of PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). The nine project management knowledge areas and five process groups are covered in detail. Key information contained on the exam will be presented, including practice exercises to reinforce the concepts covered. Sample test questions will be reviewed and analyzed. Several study tips and exam taking strategies will be presented using PMI terminology. Successful completion of the course will provide students with the 35 hours of project management training required for certification.

MS Project Overview
DESCRIPTION: The MS Project Overview module is a hands on beginner’s class covering an Introduction to MS Project software. Project Management Overview, Basic Track is a pre requisite. Course covers a MS Project Introduction; how to build a project schedule; track schedule progress; how to create and manage resources; how report schedule views and commonly used Manufacturing reports.
MS Project Advanced Scheduling
DESCRIPTION: The Advanced MS Project Scheduling module is a hands on class covering advanced scheduling in MS Project software. Advanced Project Management Overview- Advanced Track course is a pre requisite. Course covers MS Project templates; building a project schedule with holiday & overtime calendars; use of leads & lags and advanced task linking to compress schedules; track schedule progress against baseline; how to report schedule views and commonly used Manufacturing reports.
MS Project Advanced Resource Management
DESCRIPTION: The MS Project Overview module is a hands on class covering advanced resource management in MS Project software. Advanced Project Management Overview- Advanced Track and Advanced MS Project Scheduling Advanced Track courses are both required as pre requisites. Course covers MS Project building a standard pool of resources, assigning resources, loading budget work of man hours or machine hours or both, tracking actual resource hours, reporting resource driven schedules, resource managers use, capacity planning and scheduling reports to customers, resource managers, and Executives.
